Job Summary
We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a full time position as an Operations Assistant. The candidate will be responsible to assist with reception duties, data entry, mail processing, telephone and e-mail inquiries with plan members, scanning and filing of documents, and supportive administrative services to all departments.
Core Qualifications
The candidate is required to have a secondary school diploma. Post-secondary courses in a related field will be considered an asset. At least 1 year of related work experience in an office environment is required.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a full time position as a Client Accounting Administrator. The candidate will be responsible for data entry and maintenance of benefits database, payables, receivables, account reconciliations and monthly financial reporting and is the primary contact for benefits administration inquiries and correspondence with clients.
Core Qualifications
The candidate is required to have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration. A combination of relevant education and 1-2 years related experience is required.
Key attributes, skills and experience required for this role include the following:
· strong mathematical and grammatical abilities, accuracy and attention to detail and be skillful in the use of Excel as well as the adaptability to learn all in-house systems.
· excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and have the ability to maintain good public relations, both within and outside the organization.
