Premiums: CATCA Plan+ group life insurance
When it comes to total insurance coverage and added features, CATCA Plan+ group term life insurance offers members and their families life insurance protection that is hard to beat.
The following are the monthly premiums for each $10,000 unit of coverage. The maximum coverage available is $500,000 for employees and $500,000 for spouses. Premiums are based on your age, gender and smoking habits.
An additional monthly premium of 65 cents covers all of your dependant children. Each child will receive $5,000 of life insurance protection.

Example: The monthly premium for a 30-year-old female non-smoker requiring $200,000 of coverage (20 x $10,000) would be $8.60 (20 X $0.43). Premiums for a 30-year-old male non-smoker requiring the same amount of coverage would be $10 (20 X $0.50).
