CI Money Market Fund

Investment Objective

The objective of the CI Money Market Fund is to earn income at the highest rate of return that is consistent with preserving capital and maintaining liquidity.

Investment Strategy

The CI Money Market Fund is primarily invested in short-term debt securities that mature in less than 365 days issued or guaranteed by the Government of Canada as well as other Canadian issued short-term investments such as Bankers Acceptances and Corporate paper. All securities must have a minimum R-1 credit rating or higher (as determined by the Dominion Bond Rating Service). This ensures the Fund maintains a high overall level of quality.
